Perhaps you want to be a millionaire or maybe you just want some extra income, either way setting up and running your own business can be an exciting way of spending time and making money!
According to the major players, the key to running a successful business is to find something that you are really passionate about and then turn that passion into a money making venture.If yYoung ou don't know what your passion is yet don't panic! Lots of people have yet to discover their one true passion in life. Try asking yourself the following questions when considering a business idea:
Would I go through with this idea even if it wasn't going to make me any money?
If your answer is yes then that's great! If your answer is no however, then you need to ask yourself another question:
What would I be prepared to do purely for the excitement of doing it, even if there was no chance of ever making any money?
If you can answer this question then it is likely that you have identified something that you are really passionate about because, lets face it, if you are prepared to do something purely because of the love and excitement of doing it then it must be passion and not money that drives you!
Don't get me wrong having extra money is great! But if you lack the passion and your sole motivation is to make money then it can be very hard for you to commit to the idea.
