Metal Gear Solid 3DS release details!

One of the 3Ds's most anticipated titles has finally recieve a release window. Koonami annouced that Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D is set for a spring 2011 release date.

Unfortunately this means that the title will be missing out on the 3DS's launch which is febuary in japan and march in EU and North America.

Alongside this we've also recieved a new trailer demonstrating the stunning visuals of the 3DS title. Some aspects of the game surpass its ps2 counterpart. Although the 3DS port seems to trailing the ps2 version in respect to polygon count and textures, it makes up for it by employing the use of shaders and some nice lighting effects.
